The Quran Ijaza is a certificate from a certified sheikh (Quran Teacher) Whose previous teachers connected to the Prophet Muhammad himself (Peace Be Upon Him) this certificate is given to a perfect student after reading the whole Quran with His sheikh from the beginning to the end with a permission to this student to teach others.
The root of that, is, the prophet recited quran on jibreel each year.
Allah (Glory be to him) ordered the prophet to read Quran on (Ubai ibn Kaab) one of the companions of the prophet. Then this companion recited quran back on the prophet and other companions. These companions recited on many others and so on.
Then these companions recited quran on the next generation, and generation after generation until quran reached to us now without loss or change, as allah promised he will guard quran.
The ijaza is a recommendation from the teacher to his student, this recommendation was given orally in the first era, the prophet gave this recommendation to some of his companions. There is a hadith in albukhari and muslim, that, the prophet (peace be upon him) says, listen to the quran from four ( Abdullah ibn Masoud – salim – muaaz- ubai ibn kaab)
So the scholars keen to the chain of transition. as one of them says, the chain of transition is the weapon of muslim.
Arabic Language Is The Language Of Quran. Allah Says In Surah (Yousof 2) "Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an in order that you may understand. " The Arabic language is the most eloquent, plain, deep and expressive of the meanings that might arise in one's mind.Therefore, the most honorable Book, was revealed in the most honorable language.
