Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Islamic Life Guide Institute. By accessing our platform, enrolling in live educational programs, creating a student account, or purchasing recorded courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following official Student Rules, Policies, and Terms of Service.

Student Rules and Policies

1

Class Attendance

Students and teachers are expected to attend lessons promptly at the scheduled time. Delays should be limited to genuine emergencies.

Students and parents can use the Islamic Life Guide Institute's designated systems to attend lessons, view schedules, follow progress, review reports, and manage invoices.

2

Dress Code

Students should wear modest and appropriate clothing for Holy Quran classes and maintain a respectful Islamic learning environment.

3

Cancellation, Rearrangement and Makeup Classes

If a student cannot attend a lesson, the Institute or teacher must be informed at least 6 hours before the class begins.

If the student provides the required notice, the lesson may be rearranged for another suitable day and time.

A maximum of two rearranged classes per month is permitted, regardless of the student's study plan.

If a student misses a class without providing the required 6-hour notice, the lesson will normally not be replaced.

Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies, such as sudden illness or a death in the family.

Students planning a holiday or an extended break should inform both the teacher and the Institute's administration in advance.

4

Teacher Punctuality

If a teacher is late, the student may contact the teacher through the Institute's designated communication channels to confirm that they are online and waiting.

Any legitimate class time missed because of the teacher will be compensated or made up.

Repeated teacher lateness or absence should be reported to the Institute's administration.

5

Monthly Classes and Study Hours

The number of classes and monthly study hours is agreed upon when the student enrolls.

Students who wish to increase or reduce their study hours should contact the Institute so that the study plan and schedule can be updated.

Students may add additional study hours to their current study plan when scheduling allows.

6

Class and Progress Reports

Teachers are required to record lesson times and provide a brief lesson summary after each class.

Students and parents can use these reports to monitor learning progress and review what was covered during lessons.

7

Feedback and Complaints

The Institute may contact students or parents to request feedback about their learning experience.

Students and parents are encouraged to report concerns, questions, complaints, or suggestions to the Institute.

8

Privacy and Communication

Students' and teachers' personal information should be treated as confidential.

Personal information must not be accessed, copied, distributed, or used without proper authorization.

Official Institute communication channels should be used for formal communication between students, teachers, and administration.

9

Payment

After successfully completing the trial lesson, a student who decides to continue should complete the initial subscription before regular lessons begin.

Students are required to pay their fees according to the agreed payment schedule.

If an issued invoice remains unpaid, lessons may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

10

Refund Policy

100% of eligible unused classes can be refunded if a student decides to stop studying during the month, provided that the student notifies the Institute at least one week before the intended stopping date.

Refunds apply only to eligible unused classes.

11

Public Holidays

Islamic Life Guide Institute recognizes Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha as its principal Islamic holidays.

The standard Eid al-Fitr break is 4 days.

The standard Eid al-Adha break is 5 days.

Lessons scheduled during these official Institute breaks are normally not made up.

12

Studying Through Islamic Life Guide Institute Only

Students enrolled through Islamic Life Guide Institute must continue their lessons with their assigned teacher through the Institute's official system.

Private study arrangements between an Institute student and an Institute teacher outside Islamic Life Guide Institute are not permitted.

13

Leaving the Institute

If a student decides to leave Islamic Life Guide Institute, the administration should be notified at least one week before the intended leaving date.

The Institute also appreciates knowing the reason for leaving so that it can identify areas for improvement.

14

Technical Issues

Students are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device before the lesson.

If a lesson is interrupted due to the student's internet connection, device, or other technical problems on the student's side, the lesson will normally continue within the scheduled time and will not be automatically rescheduled.

Exceptions may be considered in serious or unusual circumstances.

15

Late Arrival

Students who arrive late will not normally receive an extension of the lesson beyond the scheduled ending time.

The teacher will normally continue the lesson according to the original schedule.

16

Account and Lesson Access

Students must not share their account, lesson links, passwords, or other access details with anyone who is not registered with the Institute.

Students are responsible for keeping their login and access information secure.

17

Course Materials

Institute books, recorded courses, videos, and other educational materials are provided for the student's personal use and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold without prior permission from Islamic Life Guide Institute.

18

Parents and Guardians

For students under 18, parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student is ready for the lesson, has a suitable learning environment, and follows the Institute's policies.

Parents or guardians should communicate with the Institute regarding administrative matters concerning their child.

19

Lifetime Access to Recorded Courses

Recorded courses are available through a one-time purchase and include lifetime access for the purchaser, for as long as the Islamic Life Guide Institute website and course platform remain operational.
